Item 53: Nobody's going to embrace face masks until they become fashionable, and right now they're kind of boring. Design a haute couture face mask that would make Billy Porter jealous. The integrity of the mask (breathability and filtration) must NOT be impacted.

I love butterflies. Living in South Texas provides so many opportunities to observe beautiful butterflies migrate to South America.

Comment: While I was adding the finishing touches to this mask I had a came up with a completely different new idea that I would not have enough time to complete but wanted to share.
The idea was to do a white mask with the words “Black Lives Matter†in black glitter with red glitter accents dripping from the words. The red accents would represent blood tears for those taken away in unacceptable means. Fashion always takes inspiration from what is happening in society and is used as a platform.
I added the hat because I figured Billy Porter would appreciate it.
